BC MoE: Soil Relocation Intentions Paper Released

Deadline for comments is August 31, 2016

JULY 7, 2016 – Following consultation on a 2015 discussion paper, the BC Ministry of the Environment is proposing changes to the current soil relocation process to streamline the regulatory framework and improve the Ministry’s ability to track the movement of contaminated soil to ensure soil relocation is safe and appropriate.  They welcome comments on the proposed process outlined in the Soil Relocation Intentions Paper (PDF) by August 31, 2016.
