2020 ECO Canada Compensation & HR Trends Survey

Leger Research is conducting an exciting survey on Compensation & HR Trends for the environmental workforce on behalf of the Environmental Careers Organization of Canada (ECO Canada). This research is funded in part by Natural Resources Canada and the Government of Canada’s Sectoral Initiatives Program. The data collected will help ECO Canada provide a deeper understanding of compensation received by environmental workers, increase their portfolio of available research products, and better attend to the needs of their clients in this young industry.

As a member of a select group of individuals whose knowledge and experience is highly valued by ECO Canada, you are invited to take this survey in order to provide critical input to creating an accurate representation of various compensation levels in the environmental sector. All data collected is confidential and will only be analyzed at an aggregate level.
