ECO Canada is the steward for the Canadian environmental workforce across all industries. Their research suggests that there will be 35,900 net environmental job openings in BC by 2029, yet we face challenges meeting this demand for workers.

Help make a difference to the environmental workforce’s future by taking the 2021 Environmental HR Survey. The purpose of this survey is to create a profile of the green workforce and identify key HR trends and challenges across all industries, occupations and regions. The survey will gather worker demographics and compensation data to ensure organizations maintain a competitive advantage. Your contributions will also help ECO Canada and its partners, BCEIA included, develop and deliver resources to build the world’s leading environmental workforce.
