Summit Earthworks Facility Now Accepting Contaminated Soils

BCEIA Member, Summit Earthworks is pleased to announce the opening of its new Greater Vancouver Soil Transfer Facility in New Westminster BC. A new and economical disposal option, the facility is specifically designed to accommodate contaminated soil and hydrovac slurries, filling a crucial gap for responsible soil management disposal solutions in Greater Vancouver.  Some of its key features are:

  • Accepted Material: Clean and contaminated soil & hydrovac slurries (IL+) and above, but below hazardous waste levels;
  • Location:  Its central Greater Vancouver location at 430 Salter Street, New Westminster will save on trucking costs for local project sites;
  • Fully Contained Facility: Fully lined concrete facility with water collection, and water treatment system to ensure containment and promote environmental protection;
  • Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00am-4:30pm.
